About Jenifer Cusick

Jenifer knows the Atlanta metro area well! An Atlanta resident since 1972 and Georgia Tech graduate, Jenifer has lived in multiple locations throughout the city including Midtown, the Westside, Virginia Highlands, Alpharetta, Johns Creek and Peachtree Corners. She specializes in helping clients buy and sell in the luxury home market but has experience in all price ranges. Jenifer has a passion for people, homes and interior design. She enjoys showing houses to clients and can visualize ways to stage or enhance a property to suit one's needs and truly make it a home. A problem solver by nature, Jenifer enjoys thinking creatively and proactively in each real estate transaction to ensure a smooth, non-stressful experience for her clients. Jenifer has experience with home renovation as well as knowledge of the process involved in obtaining appropriate approval from cities and the Atlanta Regional Commission when modifying a property within the Chattahoochee River corridor. 

Prior to her career in Real Estate, Jenifer spent seven years as a Management Consultant with Accenture, formerly known as Andersen Consulting. Her experience in that continuously changing business environment, led Jenifer to develop a unique consultative approach to serving clients. Jenifer's ability to relate to her clients, quickly assess their needs, analyze market data and offer creative solutions results in a winning experience for all.

Jenifer is married to her college sweetheart and has a son and daughter. She volunteers in her community and supports several non-profit organizations.
